Launched in 2025, what began as a series of workshops has grown into an ongoing broader program across 14 cities that has already benefited more than 4,000 riders. The initiative, which has also benefited from the participation of representatives from Saudi Arabia’s Transport General Authority (TGA), reflects HungerStation’s long-term commitment to safer delivery practices and to supporting the quality and maturity of the sector as it continues to expand.
The program focuses on practical areas that directly shape rider performance and public safety, such as traffic safety, proper and professional road behavior, official rider uniform and safety requirements, and telematics tracking systems.
The program has extended across multiple regions including the Eastern Province, Jeddah, the South, Qassim, Tabuk, Taif, Al Kharj, and Riyadh. This broader rollout demonstrates that HungerStation treats rider safety as an operational priority across its network. By taking the program into the field, the company helps embed safer practices where riders actually work and where service quality is shaped in real time.
Beyond training, HungerStation is actively reinforcing these safety standards through positive reinforcement, celebrating 50 riders every month who showcase exemplary road conduct across the Kingdom.
Delivery riders are among the most visible parts of the platform economy, and their conduct, safety, and professionalism directly affect public trust in the sector. By investing in rider education and awareness, HungerStation is helping create a safer and more reliable environment for everyone. The participation of the TGA also reinforces the institutional relevance of the effort and highlights the value of collaboration in raising standards across the market.
